In my audio- and video-installations, short films and lecture performances, I explore the psychology of social interaction, particularly with regard to (human) communication. Visually at home in the ambiguous borderland between documentary and dramatisation, much of my work relies on an exchange with expert groups and individuals, with whom I look into the construction and deconstruction of narratives.
I studied Sculpture and Film in Stockholm and Philadelphia and hold an MFA in Media Art from the Berlin University of the Arts.
Since October 2017 I am research fellow of the Norwegian Artistic Research Fellowship Programme at the Academy for Contemporary Art and Creative Writing in Tromsø.
I live and work in Berlin and Tromsø.
